October-December | To study in Germany, begin by choosing a university and a program. The candidate needs to sign up for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, or GMAT. |
January-February | Start the application and gather necessary documents such Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Letter of Recommendation (LOR), exam scores, and application essay. |
March-April | • Hereon, students can check for any grants or financial aid. • Search for accommodation close to the institute or university. • Students can also apply for a college loan if needed. |
May-June | By this time, students must submit their applications. |
July-August | When a letter of acceptance is obtained, start preparing for the German study visa. |
August-September | Start preparing for the journey by packing and buying the airline tickets. |
October-December | After three weeks of arrival in Germany, students need to get a residence permit. |

September-November | In this month, students must arrange their finances, including the cost of studying in Germany completely. |
December-January | Hereon, candidates need to start submitting their applications to the institution. They must submit their application at least 5-6 months before the deadline. This step needs to be completed by mid-January. Ensure to fulfil the admission requirements. Afterwards, students need to start their visa application procedure. |
February | Once the student has received the acceptance letter, they can enrol, fulfil all admission formalities, and pay the fees. They also need to prepare for accommodation and other utilities. |
March-April | By this time, students can prepare to go to Germany by packing their stuff and booking their airline tickets. |
