Program Overview

Acadia's School of Music accepts that an undergrad music program at a human sciences college ought to be to a greater extent a research center for inventiveness and experimentation than just a studio of past customs. We endeavor to make flexible, certain, and balanced artists who are set up to address the difficulties of the 21st century.

Our dynamic program means to build up all understudies as entertainers, authors, instructors, improvisers, and melodic pioneers. A week after week singular exercises set up solid specialized and imaginative establishments while study hall courses, outfit openings, and major masterful undertakings guarantee that understudies can work as contemporary craftsmen in different types including old-style, famous, jazz, and world music. Understudies will study Bach close by the Beatles, Ravel alongside Ravi Shankar, and Miles Davis alongside Miley Cyrus.
