The Master of Arts in Education is designed for practising and aspiring educators who wish to deepen their professional knowledge and critically engage with contemporary educational theory, policy, and practice. Through advanced study and research, students develop a strong analytical understanding of how education operates within social, cultural, and global contexts.

A key feature of this programme is its flexibility. Students are able to tailor their learning by selecting topics aligned with their professional interests and work towards one of the following specialist endorsements: Leadership, Teaching and Learning, Early Years, Inclusive Practice, or International Education. This allows learners to focus their studies on areas most relevant to their current roles or future career aspirations.

The program supports reflective practice and intellectual enquiry, enabling students to explore new perspectives on education while strengthening their ability to evaluate and respond to complex educational challenges. Graduates are prepared for progression into educational leadership, research, policy-related roles, or further academic study. Upon completion, the MA degree will be awarded by the University of Greenwich.
