Psychology Global Impact Scholarship
- Scholarships of £5,000 and £3,000 off tuition fees are available to international students studying an eligible postgraduate master’s in psychology.

- There are up to 3 scholarships available to international students applying to study MSc Optical Engineering. If you are awarded this scholarship, you'll get up to £15,000 off your tuition fees.

- Three scholarships of £6,000 off tuition fees are available to UK and international students studying an eligible postgraduate masters’ within the Faculty of Medicine in 2026.

Nursing Global Impact Scholarship??
- Scholarships of £5,000 and £3,000 off tuition fees are available to international students studying an eligible postgraduate master’s in nursing. The scholarship will apply to the first year of study.

- Scholarships of £5,000 and £3,000 off tuition fees are available to international students studying an eligible postgraduate master’s in health sciences. The scholarship will apply to the first year of study.

Southampton MA Holocaust scholarships
- 2 Sayers Family scholarships of £2,000 are available to students applying for the MA Holocaust: History, Experience, Heritage in 2026.
- The scholarships are offered by The Parkes Institute for the Study of Relations between Jews and non-Jews. They are available to both UK and international students to reduce tuition fees.
- Deadline to apply: Tuesday 9 September 2026, midday UK time.
Postgraduate Taught Equitable Scholarship (Environmental and Life Sciences)
- There are 3 scholarships covering all tuition fees for UK-domiciled students from racially minoritised ethnic backgrounds.

- £5000 is available to international students studying an eligible postgraduate master’s in engineering.

Southampton Electronics and Computer Science Global Scholarship
- There are 12 scholarships for £5000 each. These are available to international students applying to study for an Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) undergraduate or postgraduate master's degree.
- Deadline to apply: 24 April 2026, 5pm (UK time)
Southampton Teachers' Postgraduate Scholarship
- This scholarship is a 10% discount on tuition fees for a UK or international student applying to study the part-time, 2-year MSc Education (Online) programme starting in 2025.
- We'll issue the 10% discount as a tuition fee reduction on both years of part-time study. For 2025 entry, the 10% discount for year 1 will be £462.50. The amount discounted from your tuition fee will change with the programme fee each year, but will still be a 10% discount on the fee for that year.
- This scholarship is limited to the part-time, online MSc Education programme, and is not applicable to the full-time, campus-based MSc Education programme.
- You do not need to apply for this scholarship. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we'll automatically consider you for this scholarship and inform you of the discount in your offer letter.
Southampton Education Postgraduate International Scholarship
- £3000 is available to international students studying an eligible postgraduate master’s in education.
- You do not need to apply. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we will award you this scholarship and let you know by email.

Southampton Education Civic Scholarship
- The scholarship is available for 100% off your tuition fees during the entirety of the course for a UK or international student, applying to study the part-time, 2 to 3 year, MSc Education Online programme starting in 2026.
- This does not apply to the MSc Education full time on campus course.

Southampton Ageing and Gerontology Talent scholarship
- Two scholarships of £5,000 are available to UK and international students applying to study an eligible postgraduate Ageing and Gerontology programme in 2026.

- Two scholarships of £5,000 are available to international students studying for an eligible master’s degree at the Department of Social Statistics and Demography (please see the list of eligible courses below).

- There are 3 scholarships available to international students applying to study an undergraduate or a postgraduate master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. If you are awarded this scholarship, you'll get £5,000 towards your tuition fees in your first year of study.

Southampton Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Postgraduate International Scholarship
- £3000 is available to international students studying an eligible postgraduate master’s in chemistry.

Southampton Business School (MBA) Excellence International Scholarship
- Up to £13,000 is available to UK and international students studying for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2026.
Scholarships are available for 3 different amounts:
Deadline to apply: you do not need to apply for this scholarship, but to be considered you must submit your application to study for the MBA by 31 July 2026.
Biological Sciences Global Impact Scholarship
- Scholarships of £5,000 and £3,000 off tuition fees are available to international students studying an eligible postgraduate master’s in biological sciences.
- You do not need to apply. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we will award you this scholarship and let you know by email.
Southampton Arts and Humanities Deans Global Talent Scholarship
- There are 40 scholarships available to international students applying to study an undergraduate or postgraduate master's degree in an arts or humanities subject. Successful applicants will get £10,000 towards their tuition fees.
- Awards for undergraduates will cover each year of study, and awards for postgraduates will cover the first year of study.
Deadline to apply:
- 7 April 2026, 5pm (UK time) for first round
- 30 June 2026, 5pm (UK time) for second round
India Excellence Scholarship
India Excellence Scholarships of £4,000 off tuition fees are available to new international postgraduate students from India applying for an in-person postgraduate master’s programme.
Eligibility
To get this scholarship you must:
- be a resident of India who would be eligible to pay the overseas tuition fee
- have a conditional or unconditional offer to study any in person, full-time, postgraduate master’s programme
- pay your tuition fee deposit by 30th June 2026
- We determine residency as where you have been living for a 3-year period or longer before the start of the course.
- This does not include where you are living for study purposes, if it is somewhere different from your place of permanent residency.
- Conditions of getting the scholarship
- The £4,000 is available as a tuition fee reduction on the first year of study.
- If you are already in receipt of a scholarship award from us or you become eligible for another scholarship award from us, we will apply 50% of the value of the Excellence Scholarship award. This will be applied on top of any other Southampton award you receive as long as the combined value of both awards does not equal more than 100% of your tuition fees.
Global Excellence Scholarship
83 Global Excellence Scholarships of £3,000 off tuition fees are available to new international postgraduate students applying for an in person postgraduate master’s programme.
Eligibility?
To get this scholarship you must:
- be an international student who would be eligible to pay the overseas tuition fee
- have a conditional or unconditional offer to study any in person, full-time, postgraduate master’s programme.
- this scholarship is available to international students except for those coming from China, Vietnam, Nigeria, India and Thailand for which a country specific Excellence Scholarship applies.
- pay your tuition fee deposit by 15 January 2026
As there are a limited number of these scholarships they will be awarded an a first come first served basis, i.e. the first 83 applicants who meet the above listed conditions, including paying their tuition fee deposit by 15 January, will be awarded the scholarship.
For master’s applicants coming from India, Thailand, Nigeria and Vietnam there are country specific Excellence Scholarships, these scholarships also have a deposit deadline but it is later in the year, 30th June 2026.
Southampton Business School (MSc) Dean Scholarship (International)
- Scholarships of £9,000 and £5,000 are available to international students studying an eligible postgraduate master’s at the University of Southampton Business School.
- If you have a 1st or an equivalent qualification in your undergraduate studies you will get £9,000.
- If you have a 2:1 or an equivalent qualification in your undergraduate studies you will get £5,000.
Eligibility
To get this scholarship you must:
- be an international student required to pay the oversees fees
- have a conditional or unconditional offer to study an eligible course
- achieve a 1st or an equivalent qualification in your undergraduate studies to receive a £9,000 award?
- achieve a 2:1 or an equivalent qualification in your undergraduate studies to receive a £5,000 award
This does not include where you are living for study purposes, if it is somewhere different from your place of permanent residency.
