Program Overview
In our Master's programme Design Leadership at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE), we train your ability to seamlessly combine design skills and leadership responsibility while understanding and taking into account global developments.
In order to set something in motion and shape it, you need responsible personalities who not only master tools, but also have an overview of contexts and find creative solutions for complex topics and challenges: We call it Design Thinking. You will work in teams to coordinate processes and develop innovative services and products. We rely entirely on your visual imagination and formulation skills and your feeling for the way communication succeeds.
Your focus will be on digital transformation. You will improve your ability to analyse and design digital workflows, platforms and technologies. The aim is both to increase the efficiency of companies and business ideas, and to improve interaction in the interest of individual customers and users. And to become part of a positive, global change in the process. Only at UE will you find the lived interfaces between design and management - you will benefit from innovative cooperation models between the creative degree programmes, the business faculty and the media and business metropolis of Hamburg.
